Human review and responsibility
ChooseMyAI may use artificial intelligence to support research organisation, transcription, summarisation, drafting options, code assistance, quality checks or workflow experiments. A human remains responsible for deciding what is published, checking material claims, handling corrections and maintaining editorial standards.
Verification
AI output is not treated as evidence merely because it is fluent or confident. Material product facts, prices, legal terms, quotations, performance claims and commercial arrangements should be verified against appropriate sources. Unsupported statistics, testimonials, testing results, earnings and partnerships must not be invented.
Publication and disclosure
Routine AI assistance does not transfer editorial responsibility to a tool. We will disclose AI involvement where it is material to understanding how evidence, media or an interactive result was created, or where a specific platform, law or contract requires disclosure.
Synthetic and altered media
Synthetic images, voices, video or demonstrations must not be presented as authentic evidence of a real person, product result or event. Material alteration should be labelled where a reasonable reader could otherwise be misled. Identity should not be fabricated or imitated without authority.
Confidentiality and personal data
Confidential, personal, copyrighted or regulated material should not be submitted to an AI provider unless there is a lawful basis, appropriate authority and suitable contractual and security protection. Reader correspondence will not be used to train a public model by ChooseMyAI without a clear notice and an appropriate legal basis.
Interactive tools and recommendations
No personalised AI recommendation engine is currently live. If calculators, matchers or generated outputs are introduced, their inputs, limitations, decision logic and data use will be explained. Outputs will be presented as decision support, not a guarantee or substitute for professional judgement.
Errors and complaints
AI-assisted content can contain errors, bias, omissions or copied material. Report a concern to Hermmesai@gmail.com. Verified errors will be handled under our corrections procedure.
