ChooseMyAI.tech is operated by Anwar Nouray, trading as ChooseMyAI, an individual based in England and Wales. References to “ChooseMyAI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply alongside our privacy policy, cookie policy, disclaimer, affiliate disclosure and copyright policy.
3. The website
ChooseMyAI publishes general editorial information, comparisons, methodologies, guides and resources concerning software and creator workflows. Content may change, be corrected, become unavailable or be withdrawn without notice. Current inclusion of a product does not mean endorsement.
No direct sale, subscription, account, community or personalised recommendation service is currently offered. Separate terms must be supplied before any paid product or service is made available.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website lawfully for personal or internal business research. You must not:
- break any applicable law or encourage unlawful conduct;

If you email a correction, document or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to send it and that doing so does not infringe another person’s rights or duties of confidence. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, store and use the material only as reasonably necessary to investigate the message, verify facts, respond, defend legal rights and make an appropriate correction. This does not transfer ownership of your material.
Do not send confidential, highly sensitive or special-category personal data unless we have specifically agreed a secure method.
7. Advertising, affiliates and third parties
There are currently no affiliate links on the website. Future affiliate links, advertising, sponsorships, referral arrangements, free products or other material commercial relationships will be identified as described in our affiliate disclosure. Payment will not guarantee a favourable conclusion.
Third-party websites, products, prices, offers and availability are controlled by their respective providers. A link does not make us responsible for their content, security, terms, privacy practices or performance.
8. No professional advice or guarantee

For business users only, our total aggregate liability connected with the free website will not exceed the greater of £100 and the amount that user paid directly to ChooseMyAI for the relevant service during the previous 12 months.
Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected. Any separate paid service must have appropriate terms and remedies presented before purchase.
