What you can raise

You may report a factual error, misleading omission, undisclosed commercial relationship, privacy concern, accessibility barrier, copyright or trade-mark issue, unfair treatment, harmful content or another concern about ChooseMyAI.

How to submit a complaint or correction

Email Hermmesai@gmail.com with a clear subject line. Include:

  • your name and a reliable contact method;
  • the exact page URL and disputed statement or material;
  • the correction or outcome requested;
  • current evidence or the basis of your rights; and
  • any deadline, safety issue, court order or regulatory context.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a substantive complaint within seven working days and provide a response or progress update within 28 days. Urgent privacy, safety, legal-process and clear infringement concerns may be prioritised. Complex evidence, third-party input or legal advice may require longer.

We may ask questions, review source material, preserve relevant records, contact an author or provider, obtain advice, correct or remove content, add context, reject an unsupported complaint or explain why no change is justified.

Correction record

Material verified errors should be corrected promptly and, where useful to readers, accompanied by a note explaining the material change and date. Minor spelling, formatting or clarity edits may be made without a formal notice. A correction is not an admission of legal liability.

Fair and responsible use

Complaints should be made honestly. We will not accept threats, harassment, impersonation, knowingly false evidence or attempts to purchase or suppress an editorial conclusion. We may restrict abusive communications while preserving valid legal and data-protection rights.

Review and external routes

If you disagree with an editorial response, ask for a review by the operator and explain the specific error in the first decision. This procedure does not remove any right to contact a court, regulator or other competent body. Privacy complaints may be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Advertising concerns may also be raised with the Advertising Standards Authority where its remit applies.
